Expect good music, a solid challenge, and plenty of sarcasm. I love teaching creative, strength-driven flows with options for all levels. Arm balances, inversions, and unique transitions are my thing, but so is making sure every student feels successful on their mat.

Alison’s love for movement began with a background in athletics and strength training, but it was yoga that helped her discover a deeper sense of strength, both physically and mentally. After falling in love with Yoga Sculpt in 2020, she was drawn to its unique blend of yoga, strength, endurance, and beat-driven movement. Beginning her teaching journey in Raleigh, NC, Alison brings a creative, energetic approach to the mat, blending fluid sequencing, dynamic compound movements, and a deep appreciation for musicality. With a love for house and techno music, she thoughtfully builds her classes around the rhythm of the music, creating an experience where breath, movement, and beat come together to help students find their flow. Above all, Alison is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where students feel empowered to challenge themselves, embrace the process, and celebrate their growth. For her, one of the greatest rewards of teaching is watching students discover their own strength and confidence, both on and off the mat. Expect creative movement, energizing beats, a whole lot of sweat, and plenty of opportunities to surprise yourself!

Caro is originally from Cologne, Germany, and moved to the US in 2025 with her husband and their dog, Mia. Her yoga journey began during Covid, when she practiced at home as a way to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with herself. After relocating to the US, yoga became so much more than a personal practice. In a place where everything felt new and far from home, stepping onto the mat gave her a sense of connection and belonging. Exploring different studios and styles, she found not only a deeper love for yoga, but also a community and wonderful friendships. That love inspired her to complete her 200-hour teacher training. The experience deepened her own practice and made her realize how much she wants to share yoga with others. Alongside her full-time job, Caro teaches yoga for various businesses and communities, and she is grateful for every opportunity to teach, connect, and grow. Whether you’re new to yoga, looking for a way to slow down, or simply want to move and breathe, Caro welcomes you to the mat.

Hi! I’m Caroline, I started practicing yoga in 2022 and quickly fell in love with everything the practice has to offer. I completed my 200 hour teaching training in March of 2026 and have been teaching ever since! My teaching style weaves breath awareness into an alignment-based asana practice, where students can explore at their own pace and depth. I believe in finding a balance between strengthening and stretching, effort and ease. Yoga will not transform your life but it will give you the tools to do so yourself and help you to cultivate gratitude and inner peace along the way. Come as you are, leave whoever you want to be 🤍

Farrah is a compassionate embodiment guide who has a deep love for yoga. In her classes, she blends stillness with movement, structure with intuition, play with focus to create an encouraging space for exploring the human experience, the soul and beyond the mind to pure consciousness. Her classes draw from years of personal practice & continuous study, the Yoga Sutras, everyday inspiration and all of the amazing teachers, guides, loved ones she’s had the honor to practice yoga with over the years. Expect a good sweat and a well rounded practice. She invites you to meet the spiritual practice just as much as the physical practice—to cultivate awareness, presence, self-trust, and a deeper relationship with yourself and the mysterious workings of the divine. She includes intentional progressions that challenge you to grow while honoring where you are, creating a safe space to explore your body, breath, heart and edges with curiosity. Her hope is that you leave class feeling more open, connected, inspired, empowered, and home within yourself. Om Shanti

I’m drawn to the slower, softer side of yoga, with a special love for yin and gentle movement. I believe yoga offers us an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and leave behind the noise and expectations of the outside world. She welcomes students of all levels and doesn’t believe anyone needs a “beginner” or “advanced” label to belong. There’s room to explore, learn from the people around you, and challenge yourself in a way that feels right for you. PJ began practicing yoga in 2010. She completed her 200-hour and 500-hour teacher trainings back-to-back in 2014 and has been teaching ever since. She loves a physical challenge in her own practice, especially arm balances and handstands. For the past 8 years, PJ has been a digital nomad. Through all the moving and new places, yoga has been her constant, and the yoga community has helped her feel grounded wherever she lands. Originally from Baltimore, she’s a Ravens fan who loves skydiving, hanging with her Frenchie Oogway, and spending time on the water.
